Stimulating the performance of a major television network

For one of the big three major television network, built a video promotion approval app.

• Producers can submit multiple promotional video clips of TV shows for review and approval.
• Creative directors and senior executives can review, communicate and approve through the app.
• The user can manage all pending items in the queue through a dashboard.
• The user can post comments for a specific video clip while watching the video.
• The app is integrated with external systems.
• Rules engines automatically route comments and assign task according to the user role.

Our team worked with the client business analyst and technical architect from the high-level concept stage, through the solution architecture to the final deployment of the mobile app. Development was done using Agile/SCRUM methodology. We continue to enhance and support the application.
